The YWCA Northeast Indiana is pleased to announce Lisa Pacula as the new Chief Relationships Officer.
“I am so honored to join the YWCA of Northeast Indiana, to share with our community the opportunity to positively impact the families and individuals that we serve,” Pacula said.
In her new role at YWCA Northeast Indiana Pacula will be managing and growing the nonprofits’ donor base while handling the Annual Circle Luncheon Event, which is the YWCA’s signature Fundraiser.
Pacula comes to the YWCA from Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northeast Indiana. Since 2001, Pacula was their founding Executive Director and successfully built two Houses inside Parkview Health Centers, leading the charity in growth and strategy for over 16 years.
“Adding Lisa to our team of professionals takes the operations of the YWCA up a notch. We are thrilled to have someone with her experience and passion to connect us with our supporters,” said Paula Hughes-Schuh, CEO of the YWCA.
A Fort Wayne native and Concordia High School graduate, she is deeply rooted in our community. Graduating from IPFW with a BA in Business Administration and majoring in Marketing. Pacula has served on the Children’s Autism Center board and the Ivy Tech Reason to Taste committee. In 2016 she was name one of 50 distinguished alumni of the Doermer School of Business, IPFW.
